Refund policy

Eligibility for Returns

• Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• All tags and packaging must be intact.

Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products
• Items without original tags or packaging
• Customized or discounted items (if mentioned on product page)

Refund Process

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refund will be initiated.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• It may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account.
